Be it known that ___________________________ _________________________________________ with addressed at __________________________ _________________________________________ hereby grants SPECIAL POWER to Claudio Jorge Biagio (Ag. 1074) and/or Ana María Bazan (Ag. 1375) domiciled in San Martin 492, 4th Floor, Buenos Aires, Argentina, to act on its behalf either jointly or separately before the corresponding authorities, to obtain all the rights related to Industrial and Intellectual Property rights such as, trademarks and service marks, Domain Names, patents, utility models, industrial models and designs or any other Intellectual and/or Industrial Property right in Argentina. In doing so, they may, take those steps that are required before the competent authorities for the mentioned purpose, sign or withdraw petitions and oppositions or documents, to reply to Office Actions, limit and exclude, notify themselves, request extensions, grant affidavits, lodge appeals, to undertake arbitrations. They are further empowered to take all the measures as they may deem fit for the protection of all our Industrial and Intellectual Property rights and interests; institute, prosecute or defend opposition, cancellation, lapsing or cease - and - desist actions in any jurisdiction, including criminal suits against counterfeiters or imitators of any of the aforesaid rights; submit and produce evidence, and any other precautionary measures request attachments; appeal; accept and/or make transfers; register change of name, license agreement, transfer agreement, and merger; file amendments; settlements, waivers and consents, request reclassification and/or consolidation; register in the system alert customs entries; withdraw and collect, given them such further powers as may be required for the objects stated, including authority to substitute these presents and revoke such substitutions, and we hereby declare as good and valid all that our said attorneys may have done for any of the purposes stated. A tal efecto, se los faculta para dar ante dichas autoridades todos los pasos necesarios al objeto indicado, elevar y/o desistir solicitudes, presentar y/o retirar oposiciones y/o llamados de atención, contestar vistas, limitar, excluir, notificarse, pedir plazos, formular declaraciones juradas, interponer recursos, apelar, comprometer árbitros, transar. Asimismo se los faculta para tomar las medidas que creyeren conducentes al resguardo de todos nuestros intereses y derechos de Propiedad Industrial e Intelectual; promover o defender acciones judiciales por oposición, nulidad, caducidad, reivindicación o cese de uso en cualquier jurisdicción, inclusive querellas criminales contra los falsificadores e imitadores de cualquiera de tales derechos ofrecer y producir pruebas; pedir embargos y toda otra medida cautelar; apelar; aceptar y/o efectuar transferencias; inscribir cambios de nombre, contratos de licencia, transferencia y fusión; enmendar; tranzar, renunciar, autorizar, solicitar reclasificación y/o reunificación; efectuar inscripciones en el sistema de asientos de alerta de aduanas; desistir y percibir, pudiendo sustituir el presente y revocar tales sustituciones; quedando expresamente ratificadas por el presente cualesquiera gestiones anteriormente realizadas por dichos apoderados a los efectos indicados Dado y firmado en _______________________ _________________________________________
